- Double Skin Door Shell with Lock Seam Joints at Stile Edges. In-fill Of Honeycomb Kraft Paper Is Used to Give The Required Rigidity And Effective Acoustic Insulation.

Base Ties
Base ties shall be of mild steel of a thickness not less than 18 BG (1.2 mm) and shall have an L-shaped section with a girth of not less than 25 mm. They shall be positioned to allow for a 25 mm floor screed and finish.
